Giving thanks for the things I do have....

There is something precious about rocking a baby to sleep... Last night I was in bed, I have some issues with my back right now and I have been trying to heal them by taking it easy...
My Husband came into our room and said: Grandma No one can get Miss B. to sleep, can you help...
I came out and rocked her, It took me one turn of our favorite song, "My Bonnie Lies over the ocean"....Of course I make up words and sing whatever I want but Miss B thinks it's the best.
I am not a singer so please don't laugh.....



I was just thinking of how wonderful the feeling is that you're special to a little kid and no matter what, when they are little, Grandmas and Grandpas rock...
