Hi, I'm Judy, I'm unemployed......

I quit my job 2 days ago.......
It probably wasn't the right thing to do, BUT, at the time, it felt right. I was tired of the lies, the serving less than fresh foods, Tired of working for people who cared nothing about me and mine....
I am sick with a cold, have been since the 21st of Oct. I worked sick and they didn't care, as long as I was there. last week hours were being cut here and there, I said OK and went with it, but then my boss gave me a total of 8 hours for next week. She then lied and said I said on Monday that if they didn't let me go home sick, I was walking out.
I am here to say to you, my Friends, my Family, My loves, I did not say that, nor would I ever say that, They are liars and thats all folks.....
I watched them hire body after body for the Bakery and never even ask me to come over to that department, I was told when I was hired that I would be transfered to Bakery and I would be full time, all of that lies....
I did manage to gain something though out of the whole degrading mess, I gained a pal. My friend Jo-ann, She and I hit it off and we are still friends even after this mess. I collect friends and loves all over, I count myself lucky that way. I figure if I make a friend a day I'm one rich woman!
So here's to you Jo-ann, I hope they don't suck the life out of you my friend.....
Peace!

Start blogging for money and be your own boss. The first few months you will have to eat bread and drink water, but once you are on a roll, there won't be any stopping you.

I am sorry to hear you have been brought to the point of quiting. Personally I think that you made a good decision(if that matters at all). To serve below quality food is not right and can be dangerous.

Just remember this quote from Soylent Green:"It's people. Soylent Green is made out of people. They're making our food out of people."
LOL

Hon, it wasn't about you. It's throughout the company.
